[September 26, 1797] to "citizen Prioleau principal director of the House of education of Juilly. Letter of recommendation to the director in favor of a small cousin, in order to "place him in the same house of education as Jerome, he has a few months less than him, although of a more advantageous size; he is not more advanced as for the instruction"... Enclosed a draft letter of 24 frimaire year VI [14 December 1797] not signed recalling the wish of the citizen Bonaparte to give "an education at the same time neat and severe" to a "young man aged 13 years".
