A flintlock pistol
dating: first quarter of the 19th Century provenance: Belgium, Smoothbore, two-stage, octagonal and round, 13 mm cal barrel with rings at the girdle, remains of a Liege marks. Tang with outlining and engraved leaves. Remains of browning. Lock with working mechanism. Batterie with anti-friction wheel on the spring. Flat plate with some pitting. Wooden full stock with beautiful checkering at the handle. Small crack near the back screw of the counter-plate. Iron mounts. Trigger guard and butt-plate with floral engravings. Iron ramrod. length 26,5 cm.
