A double-barreled percussion pistol
dating: Mid 19th Century provenance: Europe, Round, smoothbore, 13 mm cal barrels with rib outlined at the borders; large, engraved tang; backwards spring lock marked 'ER.DI.D' with outlined border and engraved tang; wooden stock with trigger guard finely engraved and butt-plate featuring drum provided with shell-shaped lid. Iron-tipped, wooden ramrod with iron cartridge extractor. The shape of the stock is interesting. length 28 cm.
