Clock love triumphant of the war. Gilded and patinated bronze, white marble, model of François Vion (present in Versailles). It is decorated with two putti symbolizing the War and the Love surrounding the movement which is surmounted by two doves of the peace posed on a cloud. White marble base resting on four feet in lions' paws connected by a drape. Enamelled dial, striking at the hours and half hours, balance movement in perfect working order, key. The plate bears the stamp: Silver Medal. 1855 Period: first half of the 19th century. 26 x 21 x 11cm
