Statuette in bisque and sancai enamel, representing Avalokiteshvara, seated in lalitasana, richly adorned, with reminiscence of Amitabha in the headdress, accompanied by a bird and lustral water vase. H. 31 cm (Accidents to the fingers, restorations, reattached head, small crack) PROVENANCE Private Parisian collection of Mr. L. constituted on three generations since the end of the 19th century.
