EINE FEINE KLEINE SATSUMA FIGURALE PLATTE UND VASE

A FINE SMALL SATSUMA "FIGURAL" PLATE AND VASE Japan, probably Meiji era Porcelain. 10.8x17x3.2 cm (plate), H. of vase 8.8 cm. Both are decorated mainly in gilt and enamel, with very fine painting. The interior of the small plate is painted with a noble in travel with servants and the Mount Fuji in the distance in a panel in the middle, surrounded by decorative flowers and geometric patterns, on the bottom is a seal mark "Kyozan". The four sides of the small bottle are painted each with five immortals, saints or ladies, and each side of the neck has a panel with a child inside, on the bottom is signed "Jozan".
