A PAIR OF LARGE IMARI DISHES Japan, 19th century Porcelain. D. ca. 56 cm. The dishes are decorated with flowers in the middle with four panels on the rim, two are painted with phoenixes and two with flowers and birds, as well as vines in the gaps, the surface is decorated in iron-red and gold on underglaze blue. With traces of use and small scratches, with wall brackets attached.

The plates are decorated with flowers in the center, with four reserves on the rim, two are painted with phoenixes and two with flowers and birds, and vines in the interstices. The surface is decorated in iron red and underglaze blue, partially accented in gold. With traces of use and small scratches, with additional wall mounts.
