Lange & Söhne’s Lange 1 became a new icon in watch collecting, with the asymmetric dial design that embodies the perfect ratio of the golden triangle, and its signature large date window. The Grand Lange 1, the model featured in this catalogue, was introduced in 2003, with a more contemporary 42 mm case diameter (compared to the 38.5 mm of the very first model).
