A World. Autograph manuscript, [1950]; 485 mostly in-4 pages (19 typescript and 19 printed or mounted clippings) in 75 small in-4 titled folders, hardback folders and slipcase. Complete working manuscript of the collection published by Gallimard in 1950. Four parts, the second of which is devoted to Chaminadour; each part with separate pagination, written by Jouhandeau in red pencil; inside, the manuscripts (and corrected typescripts) are for the most part filed in titled folders (except for the fourth part), from one to several sheets, and sometimes gathering several texts. the manuscripts, mostly in blue (or purple) ink, show important erasures and corrections, and variants compared to the published text.
