Pair of molded wood armchairs carved and lacquered by Jacob Desmalter from the Empire period With square back, they rest on baluster feet with ring. Label "château de Jeur, room n° 6 1812". H. 94 W. 60 D. 54 cm Provenance: Nicolas François, Count Mollien (1758- 1850) for his castle of Jeurre (Essonne). He created the Court of Auditors in 1807, peer of France in 1819.
