Description
Chased and gilt bronze clock from the beginning of the Empire period. Decorated with a harpist resting on a terminal punctuated with atlantes framing a drapery where is inscribed the dial signed Lefevre successor of De Belle. It rests on a rectangular base decorated with griffin heads. H 45 W 25 D 14 cm Lefevre successor of De Belle installed in rue Saint Honoré from 1806. Provenance : Daguerre sale 28 June 2002 n° 290.
