The scene takes place in a southern country house. Four women are spread out on pillows and floor; it conveys the atmosphere of oppressive, enraptured, partly already tired sensual pleasure. The clothing is deranged, the breasts partly exposed. Two of the women are caressing themselves. A third satisfies herself with a carrot in front of a small table mirror, which another woman holds up to her. - Minimal damage to the sheet, pale brown spots on the reverse and traces of old mounting in the corners.
