No place, c. 1811. title, 100 double-spaced leaves, final leaf. regular German cursive in black pen. 12 x 18 cm. Dark green morocco binding of the period with some gilt to spine, narrow gilt-stamped cover borders, marbled endpapers and gilt edges (faded and rubbed, front free endpapers removed). Very clean copy of the print published in Karlsruhe in 1811 and traceable to us in only one copy (UB Leipzig). A preface in prose was not adopted, otherwise the manuscript largely follows the printed text, which according to the title also contains poems by Goethe, Herder and Jacobi. In contrast to the print (74 leaves), each page was inscribed with only one text. - Some finger spotting, two leaves with ink stains, rear white endpaper written by another old hand.
