MOSCOW, circa 1890 Lot of two rectangular cigarette cases with rounded edges in vermeil 84 zolotniks (875 ), depicting the Bolshoi theater in Moscow in a cartouche surrounded by Greek for one, the second decorated with a view of an unidentified city. The first one has a handwritten inventory number on the inside. Good condition, slight wear. Goldsmiths : possibly Vasily Rukavishnikov and Dimitri Nikolaev.
