Porsche 928 4.5 V8 This lot is one of the first 928's ever to roll off the line (as can be seen on the chassis number) with matching numbers and yet inan immaculate, fully restored condition. Needless to say, this is a rare and elegant appearance. Originally intended to replace the 911, this model was in production from 1978 to 1995, making it an iconic model as well. Exterior Considering this is the original 928, one can enjoy the original pure design, without too many frills, from the long muzzle that houses the 4.5 liter V8 to the large curved windows at the back. This comes into its own perfectly due to the silver metal-coloured paint. Everything has been thoroughly overhauled and beautifully restored. Interior Given its GT genes, you can expect a comfortable and solid interior, as we are used to from Porsche. The half leather/fabric seats with pinstripes are very typical of the time and transport you back to the 1970s. The entire interior is in beautiful condition with extra details such as the 928 inscription on the pedals. Technic Naturally, the atmospheric, characterful V8 from Porsche is a pleasure to operate and invites you to eat the miles, together with the 5-speed gearbox that still has the real mechanical 'feel'.
