Weapon of category C1 subjected to declaration. The purchaser will have to present an identity paper, his French hunting license and current validation or French shooting license valid and stamped by the doctor. Foreigners who do not have these papers must be represented by a gunsmith for the purchase. Under Article R313-22 of the Code of Internal Security and Decree No. 2018-542 of 29 JUNE 2018 on the regime of manufacture, trade, acquisition and possession of weapons, the delivery of weapons acquired is subject to prior consultation of the National File of prohibited acquisition and possession of weapons (FINIADA File) by a gunsmith that the organizer of the sale mandates for this purpose.
