Vintage lamp directly influenced by the rational structure Space Age, Spanish design of the seventies composed by a glass globe that works as diffuser, subject to a metallic structure. It stands on a circular base and a curved two-piece shaft, with a point of light in a lampshade with a chrome-plated ring. Space Age is the name given to the period in which the space race was launched, beginning in 1957 with the launch of Sputnik. This fever to conquer space also reached design, and during the 1960s and 1970s a pattern of decoration developed based on an idyllic vision of the future, and everything to do with spacecraft, new technologies and innovative materials.
