LADY'S COIFFEUSE, of moved form in marquetry of wood of veneer with decoration of treillage, the plate opening by three flaps, that of the center unmasking a mirror, those of the sides of the compartments. It opens in front of a writing tablet and four drawers. It rests on four small cambered legs finished with bronze sabots. Period: Louis XV. Stamped MARCHAND Nicolas Jean Marchand (Born around 1697) - Cabinetmaker. Paris. Received master before 1738. He practiced on rue Saint-Nicolas.
