The handles are in mother-of-pearl and the ferrule in gilt metal for all the knives. Work of Cardeilhac by Antoine-Vital Cardeilhac who registered his mark in 1817. Michelangelo's head punch 1st title. (1819-1838) The set is presented in a box of the period. The coins have probably never been used. Weight of the coins : 1 512 gr The mahogany case is an English work of the same period. The key of the case is missing. Superb condition.
