THREE BANG CHIANG VASES DATE: 600-300 BC. MATERIAL AND TECHNIQUE: brown depurated clay, white mottling, red paint, molded by slow lathe. Two vases on wide trumpet foot with ovoid body and flared rim; olla with everted rim, cylindrical neck, fold at the base of the neck, truncated cone-shaped body, flat bottom DECORATION: decorated with stylized phytomorphic motifs in red.
