"History of the Abbey of Cluny from its foundation to its destruction during the French Revolution with supporting documents containing numerous fragments of the correspondence of Peter the Venerable and Saint Bernard. Ed. Sagnier et Bray, 1845 (second edition). Small in-8 bound in half basane, smooth spine with false nerves, cardboard covers. (VIII) (XLIII) 440 pages. Spine a little faded, a stamp of a religious institution on the title page, a copy with very little foxing. A good copy, solidly bound.
