(Regionalism / Bourbonnais). Matthieu Auroux des Pommiers. General and local customs of the country and duchy of Bourbonnois, with the commentary, in which these customs are explained according to the handwritten observations and feelings of the most learned Magistrates, and the most skilful lawyers of the province, who lived since the drafting of these customs; the rulings which intervened on these sentences; the use which is observed in the province: to which one joined the notes of M. Charles Dumoulin, the decisions drawn from the printed commentaries of Mr. Jean Papon, Jean Durer, Jacques Potier, and the conformity of these customs, with the old custom of this province, the written law and the other customs of the kingdom. Chez Martin Dégoutte, 1780. in folio bound in full calf of the time, back with richly decorated nerves, all red edges.
