In-8 bound in full edition cardboard, first plate decorated with a large decorative plate. We find 46 pages on Madagascar (paginated from 129 to 175) by Max Leclerc (Numerous color and black and white engravings out of text) then by Henri Jacottet, 16 pages on New Caledonia, 16 pages on Tahiti and 16 pages on French Guiana and the Antilles. Many color engravings of great ethnological interest. Traces of blue pencil on 5 pages (the use of eraser will be necessary), clear traces of gravity chalk on the endpapers. One corner of the binding split. Copy well kept. Very rare collection of booklets exclusively dedicated to the colonies for schoolchildren of the Third Republic. One will notice the quality of the texts and the illustrations.
