The skilful polishing of the sculptor highlights the natural decoration of the brown/red veins of the stone. The shape is very simple and elegant with a barrel-shaped body, without a foot and ending with a small angular lip; it has two cylindrical and perforated handles. The interior has been hollowed out. A Predynastic or Thinite breccia double-handled cosemtic jar. Vase carved from a small breach monolith.
