Samurai armor, in suite type "Okegawa nimaido gusoku ,tetsu urushi-nuri"_x000D_ The armor "Dô okegawa" is built by iron blades horizontally assembled by rivets and lacing, the whole is lacquered and provided with a large "Mon" representing several clans "Tomoe". The "kusazuri" or skirt of weapon is composed of 7 plates with lacquered blades and odoshi. "Sode", shoulder pads with 5 lacquered iron blades, "Kote", cuffs of type oda gote are in brocade surmounted by plates and iron meshes. The "haidate", the underskirt is of kawara type decorated with brocade and lacquered iron plates. "Suneate", shin guards are of shino suneate type. The head is defended by a lacquered Zunari type "kabuto" helmet decorated with protruding rivets, with a hineno type shikoro (neck cover) decorated with wakidate (stylized horns) on the sides of the helmet. The "menpo" mask is made of lacquered iron of the resseï (grimacing) type, the yodarekake (gorgerin) is made of lacquered iron assembled by odoshi lacing. Japanese work.
