Carl Wennemoes (1890-1965), Danish painter, studied in Copenhagen under Holger Grønvold and Peter Skov. Study trips took him to Germany, Switzerland, Paris and Italy. After receiving the ''Larsen Scholarship'' he studied ancient mural painting and spent over three years at various art schools.
