Classicism lidded vase, Augarten, Vienna, pressed date 1809, on round foot rising urn body with angular handles, slightly domed lid with 'bronze dore' knob in pine shape. Dome, foot and rims with acanthus leaves in raised gold on dark brown background, surrounding gold background with purple painted cupids in different groups, on the wall two bacchanals with 7 playing cupids each, on the lid two pairs of cupids as well as a cupid with dove and a cupid holding 7 hearts on ribbon.
