AN ALBUM OF PHOTOGRAPHS OF THE CHINESE IMPERIAL FAMILY China, c. 1930. The present album consists of ten old black and white photographs portraying empress Cixi, emperor Puyi and other royal individuals. The album covers are made from solid cardboard, overall encapsulated in red silk with floral décor and bearing the title inscription on a paper label: ‘Photograph of the imperial family’. Condition: Good condition with wear, minor soiling and few minute tears. Provenance: French private collection. Dimensions: 16.5 x 11 cm
