A BLUE AND WHITE FLORAL PORCELAIN VASE
China, 20th century. The compressed globular body rising from a ring foot to a long cylindrical neck with a flaring rim, painted in underglaze cobalt blue to the body with large blossoms on leafy scrolling vines, above a border of lappets. With a stylized scroll band to the foot, raised circular groves to the shoulder enclosing bands of ruyi-head and scrolling blossoms, a band of Key-fret below stiff leaves to the neck and crashing waves to the exterior of the rim. Apocryphal Guanxu reign mark to the underside.
Condition: Very good condition with minor wear and surface scratches, very few firing irregularities.
