A LEAF-SHAPED FAMILLE VERTE SAUCER
China, 19th century. The leaf-shaped saucer with applied handle is painted in vivid polychrome enamels on the inside with a flower-filled vase within butterfly and flower borders. The backside with four lotus bouquets.
Condition: Very good condition with traces of use and wear.
Provenance: Holzapfel collection, Geneva, Switzerland. This lot was acquired by a third-generation member of the Holzapfel family after 1995 and has remained in the family ever since.
