A CLOISONNÉ ENAMEL VASE
China, Qing Dynasty (1644-1912). The compressed globular body rising from a splayed foot to a short neck with everted lip, the body finely enameled with stylized chrysanthemum and lotus sprays, the shoulder with a border of lappets, all against a turquoise ground.
Condition: Fine condition with some wear and firing flaws, expected pitting, few minor losses and nicks. Minor traces of soldering to foot rim, the bottom plate repaired.
Provenance: German private collection, according to the vendor from the Jerg Haas collection.
