A GROUP OF THREE BRONZE FIGURES
China, late Qing Dynasty (1644-1912). The first depicting Guanyin seated on a double lotus base, her left hand holding a vessel containing the elixir of life and her right hand raised, behind her is an aureole with scrolling foliage, with a mark to the underside. The second shows Avalokiteshvara, the eleven-headed fourteen-armed deity standing atop a Bixie, the underside with collector’s labels. Together with a third Buddhist figure of unusual iconography.
Condition: Overall good condition with traces of age and wear, casting irregularities as well as small nicks and dents here in there.
