Cartel inlaid with tortoiseshell and engraved brass, the dial with a cartouche of blue enamelled Roman numerals on a white background surmounted by a palmette and a rooster flanked by two scrolls with leafy rosettes, the lower part with doves, garlands, meanders and mantling, the back also inlaid; the movement signed Jean Godde in Paris (not examined, the back door closed); (accidents and restorations, a pinnacle missing).
