CURIOSA - "GAMIANI" by Alfred de Musset: 1 volume in-4 (32.5 x 25.5 cm), in sheets, 130 pages and 1 unnumbered page for the justification of the edition, without name, place or date [edited for a group of bibliophiles, circa 1948], filled window cover printed in colour, lithographed calligraphic text, with 32 lithographs in the text in black and sanguine, with 36 off-text plates including 2 double-page (loose plates, some with remarks, in a separate folder), 11 printed on Moirans Isère paper (watermark) and the 25 others on bistre Japon paper (watermark), 1 of 300 copies (this one n° 291), the copy is preserved in a case with red and black velvet covered boards and a solid rosewood spine, with slipcase (the whole is in a B+ condition) - This is an underground edition, anonymous in all respects, including the name of the illustrator, some specialists suggest the name of Jacques Nam (1881-1974)
