A COQ WATCH, the silver case gilded with several colors of gold finely chased with flutes and foliage motifs and attributes of music, the enamelled dial, the rooster movement signed "Amy DENTAN à PARIS, numbered 548" (has a key, the movement seems to work, missing the tip of a hand, small chips on the dial, some wear on the back). PARIS, hallmarked with a portcullis by the master goldsmith P.D.M. Louis XVI period. PB. 92 g. Diam. 4,6 cm. Amy DENTAN (1711-1783), received master clockmaker on April 3, 1754.
