An extraordinary Hispano-Nasrid Revival pedestal table, Granada workshop, Spain. Twelve sides. Superb and large hispano-Nasrid Revival wooden pedestal table inlaid with ebony, bone, lemon, maple magnifying glass, rosewood, precious and tinted wood, and rare phenomenon inlaid inscriptions in nastaliq characters in yellow copper. The tray is decorated with starry geometry Rare pedestal table inlaid with ebony, bone, lemon tree, maple magnifying glass, rosewood, precious and tinted wood, and rare phenomenon inlaid inscriptions in nastaliq characters in yellow copper. The top is decorated with geometric stars. The tray is composed of twelve sides. It is decorated with star-shaped polygons and rosettes, and is encircled by a ribbon of chevrons. It rests on eight legs held by a strut decorated with an intertwined star motif. The legs have poly-lobed arches finely carved with mihrabs and are surmounted by the Nasrid motto and terminated by spinning tops.
