Monstrance with rich silver and silver gilt decoration, radiating glory surmounted by a cross set with a double surround of emeralds, green stones, amethysts and coloured stones enhanced with pampers and sheaves of wheat supported by an adoring angel finely chiselled with a belt decorated with rubies and red stones forming a base on a rising cloud, baluster shaft flanked by three putti punctuated with emeralds on a round base decorated with acanthus leaf registers, Work of the 19th century probably southern Italy (chips, dents, slight accidents, missing stones and glory glass) H. 80 cm Weight : 4 500 g
