Parchment (45 x 43) of December 12, 1532 established before the Notary of MONTOIRE (41): "BOUFARD Merchant of Mondoubleau makes sale to Rene VIAU residing in VENDÔME (41) of the two lands parts by undivided of the Harbergerie, their belongings and dependences, and as they fell to Phle HAMARD his wife by the succession, death and death, of late Jean HAMARD of his father, now all in the parish of CHOUE near MONDOUBLEAU (41), containing, all together, 116 arpents of land or thereabouts, both houses, yards, gardens, arable land, meadows, pastures, woods, and other things held in Foy and homage of the Lord of VAULOUZERAN for the sum of 718 Livres 19 sols tournois.» Stamp of the Cabinet d'Hozier.
