A Korean iron incense burner. 18th/19th century Of hexagonal shape on six thin feet, the six panels of the body decorated with emblems within a border of interlocking circle in silver onlay, the everted rim and the square moveable handles of brass. Rust and a whole to the inside. Height 14.6 cm; width 19.8 cm Provenance Old private collection, North Rhine-Westphalia, probably purchased from Editha Leppich, Cologne, in the 1950s
