Letters declaring nobility at the request of Thomas de Villanova (Thomas de Villeneuve). 6 leaves in-4 on parchment, illuminated arms on guard and counter-guard, text entry page framed with a beautiful illuminated frieze, text in fine cursive, initials and handwritten signatures of Dom. Fernad of Aragon, Mazilla regent of the Chancellery, Jo. Palacio Councillor of Aragon, Joan Ximeno at the end of the text. Beautiful posterior binding of fawn basane, gilt medallions in a succession of gilt and cold garlands covering the whole of the boards, spine with small irons between boxes, slight rubbing.
