Representing a knot with thirty-four rose-cut diamonds set in silver leaf on top of a citrine (approx. 5 carats 50) and a pearl mounted in pendant. Mounted in 18K yellow gold and silver. Weight : 11,5 g. A mother-of-pearl cameo brooch-pendant on old filigree vermeil is attached.
