Jansenist blue morocco spine, blue silk endpapers and lining, endpapers set with a gilt frame and mosaic of red morocco, gilt edges (H. Blanchetière, 1923), matching slipcase.

Leroux for the first illustrated edition of La Reine Pédauque, published by Pelletan in 1911. The drawings are all mounted under passepartouts, revealing the front cover which from time to time is also decorated with a drawing.
