Written by the author of Lettres juives and Lettres Chinoises. Condemned by Kant and praised by Voltaire, the Philosophie du Bon-sens is an examination of all branches of human knowledge and prejudices. Considered dangerous, the work was banned by the Parliament. A good copy despite a few browned leaves.
