SMALL COUTURE BOX in straw marquetry of rectangular shape. The lid is decorated with a picture of Napoleon I standing on top of a hill, with one of his faithful officers at his side. In the distance, Northumborland and at the bottom left the Longwood estate. The lid reveals a floor with four boxes also inlaid with a decoration of military trophies, a flowery basket, a lancer of the guard, a sailor above a grave. The lower level reveals two boxes, one decorated with a music trophy, the second with a military trophy.
