The dial with blue and white enamelled cartouche, presents the hours in Roman numerals and the minutes in Arabic numerals, it is signed "Picart à Rheims". Rocaille ornamentation of chased and gilded bronzes, such as cartouche, volutes, umbilicals, flowers. It is topped by a motif presenting a griffin resting on a leafy and flowery mound.
