Originally from and based in Vallauris on the Côte d'Azur, she is known for her brightly coloured sculptures. She sculpts larger-than-life sweets in a variety of colours and sizes, in materials such as bronze, Plexiglas, aluminium and marble. Her candies have won public and private commissions in over 25 countries.
