Michel Gallot is a "modern figurative" painter who lives and works in Haute Garonne where he has had his studio for over 30 years, after having started his studies in Bordeaux and set up his studio in the Bassin d'Arcachon. He has three main themes: landscapes and cities of the world, portraits of clowns and lyrical abstractions. The knife remains his favourite tool.
