A rectangular chest of drawers with broken front doors in ebony or blackened wood veneer and gold and black Japanese lacquer panels. It opens with three narrow drawers and two leaves, the right one of which is hinged in two parts, revealing an interior with shelves with slides. The uprights are detached spindles with dark brass flutes; the base is underlined by large knurled bands; tapered legs. Ornamentation of chased and gilded bronze such as gallery with channels and fleurons, friezes of foliage, mouldings, rings... Louis XVI period in its construction (probably initially veneered in mahogany). Grey veined white marble top. H: 98-W: 136-D: 55 cm
