A beautiful covered agate, silver, gilt and enamel coffee pot; the lid showing Neptune riding a sea horse out of the waves; the detached handle with inverted camber and helmeted head; the spout in mascaron. It rests on a pedestal with tritons with tails set with shiny amethysts and grotesque masks; the moulded base set with a frieze of faceted peridots. Second half of the 19th century (small missing parts). H: 21 cm
