Inside sheathed in red cloth, containing twelve instruments on two shaped levels: compass, transforming compass with its parts, engraved brass scale ruler. Two instruments and protractor missing. 12 x 21 x Ht 37 cm. A.B.E. Early 19th century. Note: Note that the compass, a symbol of learned arms, is found on the Dode de la Brunerie coat of arms.
